Stop Making Things So Complicated

Making things complicated when it should be easy keeps many people up at night. Let me say it this way. When using common sense gets pushed aside, you'll find yourself over-analyzing and over-thinking many things. Use your mind, but always remember God has blessed you with common sense. This point applies to jobs, school, spirituality, and relationships. Yes, you'll face some moments when faith will have to lead you, but there'll be moments when 'good ole' common sense is needed.
While having a teachable moment with His disciples, Jesus said, "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Please don't miss this. When you submit to the teachings of Jesus, you'll know what to do and what not to do. You'll be in relationship with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. You'll walk by faith. You'll use common sense. And you won't stop yourself from getting what God has for you.

Your FACE is Everything! Makeup Trends from The Queen of Contouring!

It's Not What You Drive, It's what Drives You That Counts.

We have a whole lot of people judging people by the type of car they drive. Let me say it this way. Many people are under the false assumption that the make and model of a car adds value and importance to a person. Never mind what's in the heart; it's about the ride. Forget about the importance of an intimate relationship with God; it's about styling and profiling. Whenever you seek to impress people by what you drive, you will find yourself broke, busted, and disgusted. On the flip side, if you judge someone by what they drive, you are shallow. I'm here to let you know it's not what you drive, it's what's driving you that counts.
The writer of Proverbs penned the words, "He who trusts in his riches will fall, But the righteous will flourish like foliage." Please don't miss this. Being driven comes from the inside out. In a real sense, you're driven by God to make a difference in this world. Those who have a vision are driven. On the other hand, those without a vision are caught up simply trying to impress people to feel good about themselves. Be driven by God and you'll get your blessings and in return, you'll be a blessing to othe

You Have Significance

When things don't go according to plan, there's a tendency to feel insignificant. Let me say it this way. When plans don't fall through, when people don't support you, when God doesn't show up when you want Him, and when you've done all you can and you're still not where you want to be, it's easy to question your significance. Well, I'm here to inform  you that you are significant. Even though you may not have what you want or be where you want to be, your life is significant. I want you to get into your spirit, you are not a mistake. You are valuable in the sight of God.

The Bible tells us when God created the world, He spoke and it was. But for man, he shaped and formed man in His own image and "He breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being." Please don't miss this. The Spirit of God on the inside of you gives you meaning. As one of my mentors dropped in my spirit, 'where you are isn't as important as who you are.' That's my word for you. You are significant because you're a child of God. Always remember no matter what happens to you, you have meaning.

It's Going to Be Okay

No one wants to deal with pain. Let me say it this way. No one wants anything bad to happen to them or their family. It doesn't matter how spiritual or faithful you declare to be, you and those you love and care for will face times of suffering. Whether it's with family, friends, or coworkers, you'll encounter some disappointments. In case you're not feeling that, when things don't go your way, you'll question God and wonder why He's allowing things to happen. Everyone faces something in this life. You're not exempt and neither am I. It's what we tell ourselves that will give us the strength to make it.
The Psalmist declared, "Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning." Please don't miss this. Trouble is temporary. Misery doesn't last forever. And suffering doesn't have the final word. During a storm, I'm encouraging you to draw closer to God through prayer and praise. Tell yourself, 'I'm coming out.' As I close this message, I want you to know it's going to be okay. Trust in God and never give up. Your breakthrough is coming.

The Anointing Breaks Up Fear

It can be somewhat intimidating to hang around people who appear to have it going on. Let me say it this way.  What your eyes behold can cause you to feel insecure and even question your own worthiness. Too many people fear that which they don't have to fear. Here's the Sinclair remix. When you know who you are, who you belong to (God) and your purpose, you don't trip on anyone or anything because God is ordering your steps. In case you missed it - as long as you're doing what God has called you to do, you don't have to compare yourself to anyone. Check this out - you don't have to compare your success with others.

The Bible tells us, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." Please don't miss this. God never created you to be less than. That's right; God doesn't want you to feel inferior or insecure. Through your relationship with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords and the anointing over your life, you have ever right to be joyful, happy, successful, and at peace.  From this day forward, I'm urging you to walk in your anointing and see what happens in your life.
