To love yourself is to respect yourself, value yourself, and want the best for yourself. Without loving the you that God has created, don't expect others to.

Yes, you are so right. One must love themselves first before they can love someone else. Loving yourself is the best love of all.
It's sad to see so many people love others more than they love themselves. This is something that parents should teach their children at a early age, so when they become adults they will know their worth and value themselves.
