Coming Out On Top

The enemy made a tragic mistake because he didn't kill you last night. Let me say it this way. The enemy thought you were going to lose your mind, but you're reading this message because God's in control. That's right; the moment the enemy tried to put a period on your life, on your situation, and on your hope, God stepped in and erased the period and added a comma. Why? Because your life ain't over. Here's the Sinclair remix. You're too anointed to be held back. Now if you receive that in your spirit, I double dare you to break out in a praise.

The Bible says, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world." Please don't miss this. The calling on your life is so AWESOME that the enemy has put you on his hit list. But God has your back. Simply put - the enemy will never win because the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ assures you that you are victorious. Go ahead and get your shout on. Go ahead and lift up holy hands unto God.  Go ahead and preach to yourself the words - 'With God, all things are possible.' Remember, you're coming out on top.

Scripture for the Day:
"Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God." (1 John 4:7 -NKJV)

Liking and Loving Yourself

On Thursday, February 14th, many people will be celebrating Valentine's Day. Flowers, candies, and gifts will be exchanged between couples. For many who are not in a relationship, they'll either chill by themselves wondering why they're not hooked up or begin feeling depressed. Well, I'm here to let you know, when you have a healthy self-esteem and you love yourself, you don't trip on getting gifts from people and you don't trip on being alone because you love yourself. In a real sense, loving yourself and liking yourself will make you feel good about yourself.  Let me say it this way. When you feel good about you, you don't let days make you or break you.

While Jesus was having a teachable moment with His followers, He deposited these words, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself." Please don't miss this. When you love God, you learn to love yourself. Without loving God, you can't love. Wait a minute. The text says, 'love  your neighbor as yourself.' Simply put - you can't love others without loving you. As I close this message, I want you to work on you. Build your self-esteem. Love yourself like crazy. Don't worry about what happens on Valentine's Day because you have the greatest love - God and the love of yourself.

Coming Out of Your Storm

Everyone will go through a storm in their life. I don't care who you are or how holy you claim to be, you'll go through something that will test your faith and question your commitment to God. Let me say it this way. The closer you walk with God, the more attacks you'll face. Why? Because the enemy wants to destroy you. But the good news is that you have victory through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Through His life and Spirit, you can make it through any storm.

Refuse To Settle For Settling

Breaking free from people and things who are unproductive and negative is necessary, if you want to blow up. Let me say it this way.  When you make up your mind that you refuse to be used and abused, you'll seek out only the best. That's right; a decision to seek out the best will position you to receive the best. Why settle for settling? Unfortunately, living in a 'less than state' and receiving 'less than' has a way of making you think you'll never receive the best. But in my preacher's voice, 'the devil is a liar.' You deserve the best because you're worth it.

The apostle Paul wrote to the people of Rome these words, "I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." Please don't miss this. Desiring the best means you desire the best in everything - mind, body, and soul. Never let anyone convince you otherwise. Don't wait to desire the best. Desire it now.

Scripture for the Day: "Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good." (Romans 12:9 -NKJV)
